Elders Workbook Click this link to open a copy of the Elders Workbook that you can download.
This is a face-to-face opportunity to ask any questions that you may have of any of the people presenting. These sessions are very much a two-way conversation, and we are looking forward to meeting as many people as possible. If you are not sure if a session is for you, get in touch or come along anyway - every day is a school day! The sessions are open to any one but may be of particular interest to Elders.
Session A:
Governance Essentials - Rita Griffiths will talk through the essentials of running a church, policies, templates and beyond.
Working with our congregations - Emma Howarth will be discussing how changing expectations of society have influence in the way that we work with our congregations.
Session B:
Bridging Generations: Engaging Children & Youth in Church - Steven Mitchell will be discussing engaging with the younger generations. Whether you have children or not in your church, this is a great opportunity to discuss bringing in the missing generations.

Being a Trustee - Neil Mackenzie will chat about what it means for Elders and Churches.
