NEW SYNOD STAFF: PROPERTY AND SAFEGUARDING OFFICERS

Introducing the new Mersey Synod Safeguarding Officer, Yvette Hansbury-Robinson

"In this role, I’ll be supporting our churches in all areas of safeguarding—offering advice, delivering training, ensuring DBS compliance and helping to develop safe, welcoming environments for all. I also hold the same role part-time with the North Western Synod and previously spent over 20 years in senior leadership roles in Further Education, where I was a Designated Safeguarding Lead.

"I’m passionate about well-being and love supporting others to become the best version of themselves. Outside of work, I enjoy walking, travelling, spending time with family, going to the theatre and learning more about health and wellness."
